Nomadic tribes people have traditionally produced a great variety of bags to carry and protect their belongings, from huge double saddlebags carried by camels and donkeys to tiny single bags to hold precious possessions.
There are bags for water bottles, specially shaped ones for salt and large bags to hold bedding, which can be used as cushions during the daytime. Other decorative items are produced, such as long tent-bands to wrap around the inside of a tent or a yurt, and camel-trappings, often used for wedding processions. |
